Dear Chicago Area ZTA Alumna:

As you have already heard, Zeta Tau Alpha is preparing to conduct an extension presentation at Northwestern University in late October. We are one of three finalists, along with Alpha Xi Delta and Sigma Delta Tau, to be considered to receive an invitation to join the College Panhellenic as the 12^th NPC group on this campus. You may also be aware that this would be an opportunity to re-activate our Alpha Phi chapter, which was on the Northwestern campus from 1923 – until the late 1960’s. Northwestern’s proposed timeline would invite the selected group to colonize in February 2007, after the conclusion of their Deferred Formal Recruitment

We are excited about this opportunity want to let you know how you, as a local ZTA alumna, could assist us in our efforts to be selected to form a ZTA colony on this campus. During our presentation we will want to reference the strong alumnae support that ZTA could provide a collegiate chapter. To better gauge this support we would ask that you fill out and return the attached survey. We realize that many of you have already responded to District President Morgan Banasiak (and we thank you for your response!) but if you wouldn’t mind filling out this form, we would greatly appreciate it. This will enable us to compile a complete record of your contact information and interest in working with a ZTA colony.

As you all know, the success of any ZTA collegiate chapter is dependent on active, involved and committed alumnae and we hope we can count on your support, no matter how large or small.
