Extension at Northwestern University to begin in mid February
Dear Sisters:
I am very pleased to be able to report that Zeta Tau Alpha has been selected to re-colonize our Alpha Phi chapter at Northwestern University! I have just received a phone call from Dominic Green, the Greek Life Director at Northwestern (who coincidentally was the Greek Life Grad Assistant at the University of South Florida when we presented and colonized our Kappa Sigma chapter!)
I will receive a packet of information tomorrow from Erin Huffman (the Asst. Greek Life Dir.) on important dates and plans for January and February 2007. TLCs will arrive on campus at the close of their formal recruitment period (mid January) and we will prepare for our colonization to take place mid February.
I know that I can count on your continued support as we undertake the planning of a successful colonization and re-activation of our Alpha Phi Chapter. Many thanks to all the alumnae and collegians who assisted with our presentation – and for all the local alumnae who have pledged their support for a ZTA colony at Northwestern! Dominic had many positive comments to share with me regarding the evaluations from the extension committee and the Panhellenic representatives regarding our presentation. The Panhellenic community is excited and pledged their support to assist ZTA in our colonization effort.
Please feel free to pass the word around that ZTA was the group invited and let me know if you have any questions or comments! Yeah for Zeta Tau Alpha!
ZL
